Is\u0131tma sistemi, 40 ila 50 santigrat derecede \u0131l\u0131k su sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in gereklidir, Yerden \u0131s\u0131tma sistemi e\u015fit \u0131s\u0131 da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flar. Odalar aras\u0131nda neredeyse hi\u00e7 s\u0131cakl\u0131k fark\u0131 olmaz. Is\u0131 yap\u0131 elemanlar\u0131nda depoland\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u0131s\u0131l konfor ani \u0131s\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fimlerinden etkilenmeyecektir.<br>Yerden \u0131s\u0131tma sistemi, d\u00f6\u015feme alt\u0131ndaki d\u00f6\u015feme betonundaki borulardan gelen \u0131s\u0131 kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da\u011f\u0131tarak d\u00f6\u015femeyi \u0131s\u0131tan ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ortam\u0131 \u0131s\u0131tan bir \u0131s\u0131tma sistemidir. Sistemde \u0131s\u0131 t\u00fcm zemin alan\u0131ndan yay\u0131larak oda i\u00e7inde homojen \u0131s\u0131 da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131r ve insan v\u00fccut yap\u0131s\u0131na en uygun ve ekonomik \u0131s\u0131tma sa\u011flan\u0131r. Yan radyat\u00f6r sisteminde, uygun bir oda s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in kazan suyu s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n 70 ila 90 santigrat dereceye ula\u015fmas\u0131 gerekirken, yerden \u0131s\u0131tma sisteminde kazan suyu s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 50 santigrat dereceye kadar \u00e7\u0131ksa yeterlidir. Radyat\u00f6r \u0131s\u0131tmada radyat\u00f6r panelinin s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 55 santigrat dereceye ula\u015f\u0131r ve zemin s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k 28 santigrat derece halinde olur, b\u00f6ylece yerden \u0131s\u0131tma sisteminde rahat bir \u015fekilde \u0131s\u0131t\u0131labilir. <br><h3>Yerden Is\u0131tma Tesisat\u0131 Avantajlar\u0131<\/h3>Yerden \u0131s\u0131tma tesisat\u0131 avantajlar\u0131, yerden \u0131s\u0131tmal\u0131 mahalde yatay ve d\u00fc\u015fey eksende s\u0131cakl\u0131k da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 e\u015fit oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in konforlu bir ortam sa\u011flar. Kurulumun ilk birka\u00e7 y\u0131l\u0131nda kiri hemen emmedi\u011fi i\u00e7in 4-5 y\u0131l normal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilir, ancak bir kez kirlendi\u011finde daha s\u0131k temizlenmesi gerekir.
